These are examples of the before and after constructions from a recent client. The fabrics in the top image are their standard line. They were getting complaints from customers that items were "too flat", "not interesting enough", and "needed depth and texture." The images below that are fabrics and constructions I developed for them using the same components they already had in stock, with the exception of one boucle yarn. Customers are now excited about their offering, complementary of the changes, and willing to discuss working on placements again.
